You do not have to walk this path alone. Circles offer a powerful way to be seen, heard, and held in a safe and heart-led community.\nTheme for the First Circle: Claiming Your Sovereignty\nToo often we give our power away, silence our truth, or make ourselves small. Your sovereignty is your divinity. When you step fully into this energy and own your power, transformation unfolds. This circle will support you in reclaiming that truth with compassion, presence, and courage.\nWhat To Expect\nEach circle we will explore a theme to help you heal, let go, and deepen self-love, kindness and compassion. You’ll be guided through a variety of practices including:\nJournaling with prompts\nBlue Lotus Flower Tea – an ancient infusion known for its calming, heart-opening healing qualities\nReiki energy healing\nSound healing\nCacao for healing the heart.\nMeditation, mindfulness & visualisations\nHeart-led sharing and connection\nSoul-nourishing rituals to deepen kindness and compassion.\nThis is a safe and supportive container. All parts of you are welcome, wherever you are on your journey.\nHOW OFTEN WE WILL MEET?\nWe will gather every 6 weeks on a Sunday for 2 hours. While you are welcome to come whenever you feel called, consistency creates a deeper foundation for transformation and connection.
