SUMMARY:Healing Empowerment Freedom Community – Reclaim Your Sovereignty
DESCRIPTION:Theme – Reclaim Your Sovereignty.\nIt’s fair to say we are living through very challenging and intense times. I feel we are going through both a personal and collective revolution.\nSo many people are feeling burdened, exhausted, drained, and uncertain about what lies ahead for themselves and for the collective. This energy brings up doubt, fear, instability, disconnection, and dissociation. It leaves many feeling unable to stand in their power, and for some, completely powerless.\nReclaiming Your Sovereignty is a safe space where you are invited to release the heaviness you’ve been carrying, return to your centre, and reconnect with your body and heart. It’s a reminder that the power is already within you, all you have to do is reclaim it and own it.\nThrough sharing, embodied practices (breathwork, consious movement, grounding techniques), working with the spirit of Blue Lotus (tea and oil), and sound, I will guide you to shift from disempowerment into empowerment.\nHere are some beautiful reflections from the community;\n“Thank you, it was a beautiful session, left me feeling so much softness for myself”\n“ I left feeling so Zen”\n“ Maria guides you on a journey of self-discovery in a supportive and safe space, with different themes to provoke deeper thought”\n“ I have only been once and enjoyed calmness, non-judgemental and acceptance feeling being there”.\nIf this is calling you, I can’t wait to welcome you.\nBonus – My gift for you: at the end of every session I will pick a name who will receive a FREE 60 min online Oracle card reading with me.\n \n
