Benefits of Hot Yoga
Two years ago I needed to make a change in my life and a friend suggested I tried Hot Yoga. It had a profound impact both mentally and physically and on October 1st 2018 I opened my Hot Yoga studio in partnership with Light Centre Monument.
I have listed some of my personal benefits below, however yoga is a personal journey and for you there may be others.

Benefits of Hot Yoga.
Hot Yoga is a unique form of exercise that bears little resemblance to the Western concept of exercise. Western exercises consist of running, weight lifting, push-ups, jumping jacks and the like. Hot Yoga is different
