Beginners Yoga Course

Helps you to build an understanding of the general principles of Yoga

Introduces you to basic postures (asana), breathing (pranayama), philosophy and relaxation (meditation).

Together you will explore fluid sequences of movements such as the ‘sun salutation’, as well as standing and sitting postures.

This course is suitable for absolute beginners and also for those who want to return to the basics in order to revisit the foundation of their practice and understanding.

Beginners Pilates Course

Takes you from first steps to a real understanding of the principles of Pilates

Introduces you to the key postures, to core stability, pelvic neutrality, breathing techniques, philosophy and relaxation. These basic ingredients will then be brought together to form a sequences of exercises that will allow you to attend open classes with confidence and build your own self-practice routine.

These beginners courses are suitable for absolute beginners and also for those who want to return to the basics in order to revisit the foundation of their practice and understanding.

Mindfulness Course

Helps you to live in the here-and-now, resulting in a clearer and calmer mind.

Mindfulness is a centuries-old, research-verified mental training can transform your life. These unique multi-week courses are group-based and you will be guided through a number of mindfulness exercises that you can then practice at home.

Mindfulness is a way of being purposefully more aware in every moment. With mindfulness training, we learn to regulate attention, to focus on our experience as it occurs and respond rather than react. This state of calm, focus and clarity enables us to manage our distractions and make wise choices and positive change.
