Welcome back to the Light Centre!
As we reopen our centres our top priority is to ensure that we meet the highest levels of hygiene and are COVID-secure whilst you can enjoy your experience with us.
But we do need you to take responsibility for our new set of protocols and together, we can make the Light Centre a wonderful haven for you to all enjoy again.

COMING FOR A CLASS OR WORKSHOP?
If you are planning on attending one of our in-centre classes or workshops you must comply with our Health & Safety requirements. Please read carefully the documents here.
FAQ's for In-Centre Classes
Do you have a COVID H&S policy that I can review?
Yes, We have set our clear H&S guidelines link here
Can I book my class online as normal?
Yes, you can book your classes online here.
Have you adjusted the booking window?
Yes, our booking window will open 8 days before the class (as normal) but we have closed the booking window 2 hours before. That will give us the chance to see the numbers in class. If numbers are very low, we may cancel the class up to 1 hour before and we will send email confirmation of that.
Can I drop in without a pre- booking?
All classes should be booked in advance online wherever possible. However if you couldn't book, or forgot, do come along and we will do our best to welcome you into class. Whilst we don't guarantee space, we will try our best to get you in.
Have you adjusted the class size?
Yes, all our classes will have strict social distance between mats. You can see our mat layout for each studio here
Do I have to wear a mask at the Centre and in class?
No you don’t. Whilst we recommend that you wear a mask in the common areas, it is not mandatory to do so.
Will teachers be wearing a mask or visor?
It is not mandatory for teachers to wear masks or visors so it will be left to them to make that choice.
Do you have fresh air in your studio spaces?
Yes, we have openable windows or a fresh air ventilation and extract system. We have recently cleaned and serviced the systems with new grade filters to meet COVID requirements.
Have you adjusted the class schedule?
Yes, we are re-opening with a reduced schedule but we are sure you will find many of your favourite classes and teachers. Check the schedules here
I had a Monthly Pass or a class pack when you closed, what happens now?
Prior to returning to the Centre, please email firstname.lastname@example.org to have your Monthly pass activated again. Once this has been done, you will be able to book your classes in advance online.
You can also use your Monthly pass for unlimited ONLINE classes. See schedule here
All class packs will be extended for the period that we have been closed for business but this will not happen automatically. Please email email@example.com to request the extension.
Packages or memberships can be reinstated anytime before midnight on December 31 2021. After this time any packages still suspended will unfortunately be lost.
Will your Online Live classes continue?
Yes! We are so happy to let you know that we will continue to offer you a full online schedule here. We will have separate online pricing except for Monthly £85/£95 members who will be able to use their membership for unlimited online and in-centre classes.
Can I use any pricing options for both in-centre and Online live classes?
Yes – our Monthly Unlimited pass £85/month or £95/month (with Mysore) can be used for unlimited in centre classes and Online Live classes. You can purchase that here.
What if I or someone in a class with me contracts the virus?
In the unfortunate event that you contract the virus you must email firstname.lastname@example.org straight away to let us know. We will then put our COVID-19 emergency plan in place. If someone in class with you contracts the virus, we will put our emergency plan in place and will contact you with further information.
