The 2 week R15 Challenge is designed as a practical experience to achieve serious health results!
R15 is a Resistance-Cardio Class, each class is 15 minutes on heaven like intensity. The aim is to do 10 – 15 minute classes and the aim is to lose at least 5 lbs of fat.
The programme includes a nutritional guide based on the latest cutting edge science, specifically designed to for getting your body back into balance and reducing your overall body fat.
You will also get 2 body scans on the worlds most accurate body composition machine which is also used by Renault Formula One, Chelsea Football Club and the NHS. This will give you 15 health metrics and will be used to see how when you do over the 2 week challenge.
The Challenge will come with a Heart Rate Monitor which is a crucial part of the R15 classes as you will experience a new level of intensity in your workout. You will be able to see your level of intensity live during the workout and get feedback at the end of each class. This will allow you to see how hard you are able to push your body.
