Let Kat show you safe and easy ways in and out of balances.
In this workshop we will spend 2.5 hrs building the bridges needed for you to move your inversion practice forwards. We will go through a Rocket flow, breaking down the more challenging balances so that you can understand the mechanics of the body in these postures and create strength, flexibility and stability in the wrists, shoulders and core.
If you’ve been practising Rocket Yoga or any other dynamic style of yoga for at least a few months and are ready to step it up, you’re going to LOVE this.
Expect a good warm up, new drills, hands-on assists and lots of fun!
