“Can perhaps our breath can become a full body experience?”
In this two hour workshop we will explore how we breathe, with particular attention to the respiratory diaphragm and pelvic floor. We will find ways to connect to, activate and release these diaphragms, investigating if we can make more soft space for our breath to fill into and gently slide back out of.
Using movement, attention and breath practices we will enquire if it’s possible to feel our breath in our spines, shoulders, hips and beyond.
