A new course designed to improve your core strength, flexibility, posture & body awareness and help you to re-engage in sports and activities that have previously been restricted by injuries. Build up your understanding and practice of Pilates week on week, including exercises for the rehabilitation of lower back, mid-upper back, neck, shoulders, pelvis- hip, groin and knees. No matter what injuries you’ve had, learn how to manage and improve them & prevent re-occurrence!
Designed by health professionals, Sam Maitrinara Farquharson (Physiotherapist) and Eglantine Hallo (Osteopath), who have both trained in the APPI Pilates method and between them have 25 years experience in treating and rehabilitating injuries!
