Many handstand drills .. with variants given depending on experience.
We shall cover arm balances such as the peacock range and others requested.
If we have space or if people are keen we will end with covering turning our “straight” Inversions into Inverted Backbends.
Presence, invigoration and embodiment are byproducts of handbalancing and backbends.
