Mandy is an experienced executive coach who is passionate about helping people live their full potential. With over 18 years coaching experience under her belt, she has gathered particular expertise supporting people lead themselves and others through transitions and change. Her approach is unconventional and transformational. It involves supporting people to make contact with a steadiness and purpose that is always within them, shift perceptions that block change, and express who and what they are fully in work and life. Formerly an M&A advisor, chartered accountant, team leader, global account manager and maths teacher, and now with nearly 2 decades in her own coaching and training business, Mandy knows the challenges, joys and possibilities of navigating uncertainty and change. Clients appreciate her down-to-earth style and positive energy.
