Movement is an essential part of our Nature; we are in a continuous dance of interconnectivity with all of Life. How we move is a moment to moment expression of how we are in relationship to ourselves, others and the environment.
Within this series of workshops, we will explore the practice of movement meditation, guiding us towards greater awareness, authenticity and freedom in how we move, and therefore relate in our everyday life.
Each monthly workshop will offer a theme as guidance in our practice, supporting us to move with increased ease and confidence; to expand our movement vocabulary, and sense of connection, to who we are as individuals, as part of a social collective, and within the ecosystem of our Earth.
All levels of experience are welcome. No specific movement skill is required.
£30 per/workshop or £75 for all 3 workshops:
