Combining best of Yoga, Pilates, Meditation and breathing practices in one intense day will be an excellent way to restore yourself without the need of flying out of London.
It is also a great opportunity to detox and cleanse your
body and mind with juices, smoothies and plenty of water.
We will start the day with meditation, followed by Vinyasa Flow Yoga. Alina will run a transformational workshop in which you will have a chance to reflect on your life and find the way to reach your full potential.
Irek will help you discover the true benefits of classical Pilates practice. You will be working your on core strength, improving your kinaesthetic awareness and postural alignment.
