Cardio Pilates is a 4 week course of various Pilates exercises combining moderate intensity of cardio movements.
The concept of this form of training is to keep active and fit while combining it with the holistic practice.
Participants will experience an increased heat rate while performing their favorite Pilates exercises.
The intensity is easy to moderate and accessible to everyone as plenty of alternatives will be given.
Why 4 weeks?
I believe this is the amount of classes needed to offer each classes a variation of exercises and challenges. It also does not put a long commitment and easily offers the opportunity to sign up for another 4 weeks course.
Length of the class: 45 mins
While this event is hosted in partnership with the Light Centre, the event is organised and run independently by the teacher and the Light Centre is not responsible for any content or claims.
