In this 3 part mini workshop series, learn the foundational movements and combinations of floor barre exercises that will help you to improve balance, flexibility and strength of the lower body and core without any equipment. Exercises are inspired by dance but firmly rooted in fitness, with a special focus on improving overall fitness level without causing strain on the joints. Each session is 45 minutes long and attendees will receive access to a virtual exercise library of all movements as well as downloadable replays of the entire series.
