RESET: REBOOT: REACTIVATE
Learn how to override the body’s primal survival response.
– Are you feeling overwhelmed/ stressed/ burnt out?
– Are you experiencing anxiety?
– Constantly on the go?
– Do you clench your jaw or grind your teeth at night?
– Do you have trouble sleeping?
Stress, anxiety and tension are deeply embedded in the postural muscles and tissues affecting the way we move and behave. When running around on ‘survival’ mode, breathing becomes shallow and dysfunctional. In this workshop you will learn some take home cutting edge techniques that help release and reactivate the diaphragm, psoas, glutes, jaw and have a direct impact on the nervous system. You will learn to breathe better allowing the body’s own innate intelligence to drop into a state of healing and reboot!
Wear something loose and comfortable.
What others have to say:
‘I slept like a stone that had dropped to the bottom of the ocean that night, such a deep sleep’
‘The impact of the first workshop I went to will stay with me forever, it both changed and gave me back my life. I never imagined the power of the breath and the extreme reaction stress has on the body. Having experienced chronic fatigue syndrome, I am so grateful for the tools Francesca has taught me to take into my everyday life. I now have more energy than I ever imagined’
Maiya Leeke, Age 21
‘I felt really open, light and present the following day and have been using the techniques on a daily basis since, which have been transformative’
