We will be combining restorative yoga poses with transformative mindful self-compassion practices.
Restorative yoga helps to reset one’s pace, recharge the body, soothe the nervous system trigger the relaxation response. It also strengthens the mind-body connection and communication in a compassionate non-judgemental way.
