Unlock energy blockages and elevate your spirit through a fluid and creative practice, blending Yoga, Somatic Dance and Qi Gong, a stress-release moving meditation that nourishes both the body and the mind.
Opening with a mindful breathing training, we will start exploring circular and organic patterns to promote spaciousness, lightness and ease. The focus will be less about holding positions, more about finding pleasure, enjoying the way the constant flow of breath transforms naturally into movement, and embodying the fluid quality of water, what Qi Gong calls “effortless effort”.
The rhythmical repetitions will allow to connect to the intuitive body, to unlock stagnant energy (prana or chi) and feel inspired and radiant. We will close with a soothing Yin sequence and a final guided visualisation.

Vanessa Michielon is a Yoga and Pilates teacher, Dance Artist and Researcher, interested in the Psychology of Flow, and the relationships between movement and consciousness.
