She is passionate about creating safe spaces for women to connect and communicate on a deeper level, drawing on our physical, emotional, intellectual and spiritual awareness to guide us through life’s everyday challenges.

Alexandra Taylor, Cognitive Hypnotherapist

Alexandra is a Cognitive Hypnotherapist & Transformational Coach. Over the years her work has been shaped by her passion in supporting disempowered women to find their voice and create a life that truly lights them up.

Alexandra will guide you through a meditation where you will connect and listen to the wisdom that already resides within you. Choosing to trust ourselves, our life and our journey is hugely liberating and empowering. This sense of confidence in ourselves and our decisions gives us the energy to do what we want to do. Wonderful things happen when we decide to trust ourselves.

Karolina Jaczewska, Yoga Teacher

Karolina originally took up yoga to help with injuries and muscle tension in her body caused by long distance running. What started as a pure physical practice developed into deeper and more connected one leading her to become a qualified yoga teacher.

She is passionate about yoga, its physical but more importantly its mental and spiritual benefits. She caters for all levels and encourages students to challenge their limiting beliefs about their abilities and helps them build confidence in their practice.
