Liz will guide you through 10 yoga poses and sequences that are most useful for athletes, such as runners, triathletes, CrossFit members, who would benefit in better stability, core strength, and ranges of motion at the joints. Learn hip releases, shoulder and back strengtheners. Breath work also aids lung capacity and cardiovascular fitness.
