Breathwork & Mindfulness Workshop – Dr. Itai Ivtzan
Breathwork Transformation is a therapeutic breathing technique, relieving tension and stress. Through this circular breathing you tap into your deeply buried obstacles while cleansing them. It is a healing process, making you feel fully alive and free.
In this workshop we combine Breathwork with a variety of mindfulness techniques to allow deeper self-awareness and personal growth. You will be invited to work with internal challenges and obstacles in a way that would enable healing and transformation.
Dr. Itai Ivtzan is a certified Breathworker, therapist, University professor, and has been running workshops and retreats all over the world for the last 20 years.
