We hold unnecessary tension within our respiratory system, which not only prevents deep breathing but also hinders us from fully experiencing life.
I will create a safe space for you to learn a simple breathing technique. This technique helps alleviate the restricted breathing pattern that has unconsciously developed over your lifetime. This is crucial because improving your breathing can lead to quieting your thoughts and finding relaxation. This, in turn, enables you to engage with life more positively and confidently.

How to Prepare for the Event:
• You will be lying down on mats with pillows and blankets during the session.
• Wear loose, comfortable clothing (avoid anything too tight or restrictive around the waist).
• Refrain from consuming caffeine, alcohol, or cigarettes before you arrive.
• Bring a refillable water bottle.
• Please arrive promptly.
