Pamela initially came to yoga as a way of healing and soon started to feel its limitless powers and wisdom. She experienced and studied a number of different yoga practices including Ashtanga and Vinyasa Yoga before completing her first Yogasana teacher training with Stewart Gilchrist in London.
Her quest in finding deeper meaning in the spiritual way of life then lead her to undertake the advanced Dharma Yoga training under the guidance of Sri Dharma Mittra in New York. She has also trained with David Kyle (Rocket Yoga), Sarah Lo (Yin) and Dulce Aguilar/The Yoga People (Mandala Vinyasa).
Pamela teaches beginners to advanced students with a strong emphasis on breath, building strength and flexibility and, most importantly, finding balance, equanimity and evenness of mind – on and off the mat.
