ONLINE Barre Course with Andrea Ondruskova
This 4-week online Barre course consists of dance and Pilates based exercises done in flowing sequencing either standing with a use of a chair or on the floor. A 45min whole body barre workout for long lean muscles, core strength and dynamic flexibility.
It is a great fitness work out for all genders. Floor barre will strengthen the legs, back, core and arms into an improved posture, leading to greater ease and enjoyment of movement and indeed dance.
