ONLINE Foam Rolling and Pilates – 4 Week Course with Christine Suzuki

Equipment required: A foam roller (*optional extra 2 tennis balls or massage balls and a sock to put them in)
The foam roller is undoubtedly the best piece of equipment for tight bodies in the studio. Sore knees, hips, shoulders back? We’ll integrate Pilates and foam rolling into a session to leave you feeling more balanced, and liberated from those otherwise hard to reach tight spots, which is especially good in times when it’s still difficult to get a massage!
Do you have a foam roller at home, not sure what to do with it? Or simply can’t bring yourself to use it without some support and encouragement? Christine will take you through the body, and alternatives will be presented.
This course will be especially good for long term tight hip/back/thigh sufferers, runners, cyclists or other bodies in need of a bit of TLC.
Christine has been teaching yoga and Pilates for the past 8+ years and has a focus on the somatic side, or the sensing and feeling side of things.
By using a somatic feeling approach she feels we can be more empowered to make the right call for one’s self in any given moment, which can help with decision making and balance.
Christine attributes her health to what she shares in her work and hopes to offer the potential for all her clients to tap into this innate health and wellness too!
