ONLINE Pregnancy Relaxation – 4 Week Course with Chloe Smart
Please note: The pregnancy relaxation course is suitable for all trimesters, as the techniques we practice are extremely gentle and safe. Birth partners are welcome too.
Treat yourself to some time out, just for you and your baby! This 4-week course includes the relaxation components of pregnancy yoga and hypnobirthing. Each 60min session consists of a short meditation and calm breathing practice, followed by a discussion on a birth-related topic. After that, we enjoy a long relaxation based on a hypnobirthing script, linked to the discussion we’ve just had. Topics can range from building oxytocin, releasing fear, creating your birth nest, etc.
Chloe is an experienced yoga teacher and mother of two beautiful boys. It took her a year to heal from a challenging first birth and early postpartum experience – she did it by studying pregnancy and postnatal yoga, using the movement, breathwork and meditation techniques she now teaches in her pregnancy yoga classes.
The same techniques helped her stay grounded and calm whilst heavily pregnant in the middle of a pandemic. During lockdown, she was blessed with an empowering second birth and a rewarding breastfeeding experience. It is her calling to share these techniques with new mothers, to support them through pregnancy, birth and beyond. We live in challenging and unprecedented times, but through her experience and knowledge she can help women feel calm, grounded and positive as they navigate the changes of pregnancy and motherhood.
