About this event
Shin Jyutsu is a Japanese healing art that uses the energy in your hands to harmonise the flow of life energy in the body. Often described as acupuncture without needles, it’s a gentle, silent and deeply effective practice that helps reset your physical, mental and emotional systems.
What happens in a session:
– We begin by taking 10 quiet minutes to land, to let go of the noise of the outside world and settle into the space.
– Ariel then guides the group into the Central Flow, a key energetic current that links the energy of the earth and the universe. This sequence is done with the hands on the body—if the participant feels able—awakening deep alignment and grounding.
This is a moment to feel, to notice, to return.
Ariel supports the group gently through presence, voice, and subtle awareness.
– We then explore the flows of specific organs—stomach, spleen, lungs, kidneys, bladder, liver or heart—depending on the season. Each session focuses on one flow connected to nature’s current rhythm.
Through breath, light contact, and focused awareness, we nourish that system physically and emotionally. (Approx. 40 minutes)
– To close, Ariel shares complementary self-help sequences (autoayudas) to continue the practice at home.
– We end with space for group or individual questions, or quiet reflection. Paper and pens are available to write or draw what has been experienced.

About Ariel
Ariel Perea Díaz is a therapist in Jin Shin Jyutsu, Oriental nutrition and the healing arts. With more than a decade of experience, he brings a quiet, attentive and artistic approach to healing. His sessions are gentle and deep, rooted in the belief that the body knows how to heal—when given the space.
He offers private consultations every Tuesday in Marylebone, where clients explore more personalised energy work and emotional integration.
What to bring:
Wear comfortable clothing. Mats and supports are provided. Bring water and, if you like, a small blanket or notebook.
