Shining out YOUR Light
The session will begin with a deep stretch to prepare and open the body, ready for some seated and standing practice.
We will then take uplifting and releasing breath work (pranayama/kriya) followed by a flowing sequence of yoga postures to move the energy through the body and ground us.
The next part of the session will move into a meditation with slow deep breath and mantra, followed by some restful and relaxing restorative yoga poses to release any last bits of tension held in the physical body.
We will as always set our visions of the future, intentions and wishes for our lives moving forwards whilst acknowledging how far we have come and what we have already achieved in life.
This workshop will be a thorough deep cleanse of the body, mind and energy whilst brightening our inner light and building the confidence to shine it out into the world.
These powerful ancient yogic practices work deep into the human psyche and cells of the body.
