IN CENTRE – Yoga 6 week Beginners Course

This course introduces you to basic physical posture practice (asana), breathing (pranayama), meditation and deep healing relaxation, all firmly rooted in the philosophy of Yoga. Together you will explore fluid sequences of movements such as Surya Namaskar (the ‘sun salutation’), as well as standing and seated postures.
This course is suitable for absolute beginners and also for those who want to return to the basics in order to revisit the foundation of their practice and understanding.
There are limited places available so early booking is essential.
