Alison is an experienced integrative adult psychotherapist who supports clients with a broad range of issues such as anxiety, depression, self-harm, suicidal ideation, imposter syndrome, financial difficulties, exam worries, low self-esteem, trauma, relationship difficulties and bullying.
Practice
Alison will adapt the approach to get the best result for you. She draws on psychodynamic, humanistic and cognitive behavioural therapy prinicples and the latest psychological, mind related science and research. Alison will help you explore and make sense of how you are feeling and give you useful tools and techniques to support you and help you move forward. She will work with you to positively change your mental health and emotional wellbeing.
Experience
Alison has worked in a wide range of settings offering psychotherapy and counselling in schools, further education colleges, hospitals and helplines; Guy's Hospital, Place2Be, Kensington and Chelsea College. She currently has her own private practice and also provides free counselling for The Mix-support service for young people aged 18-25 year olds.
She works with adults of all ages.
