I’m passionate about helping people feel more comfortable, relaxed and at home in their bodies. I take a warm, personalised approach to every treatment, taking the time to understand how you’re feeling and what your body needs.
I particularly enjoy working with lower back pain, neck and shoulder tension, and hip pain and mobility. My aim is to help ease tension and discomfort, improve movement, and leave you feeling lighter and more relaxed.
Whether you’re experiencing ongoing aches and tension, recovering from everyday physical strain, or simply want to take some time to look after yourself, I’ll work with you to create a treatment that feels right for your body.
I believe that good therapy is not just about treating where you feel the pain, but about listening to your body and creating a space where you can truly relax and feel cared for.
