When?
The studio is available for Full Day Hires / 8 hours at weekends and some weekdays.
If you require less than a full day please send a request via our HOURLY HIRE SECTION to see if we can accommodate you.
What’s included?
Yoga Mats, Blocks, Bolsters, Chairs (subject to availability), Sound System. Water Fountain but we ask everyone to bring their own water bottles/cups to avoid wastage of paper cups.
Add-ons (additional costs): Projector – £20 per use, Whiteboard/Flip Chart – £20 per use.

- 1:1 hire from £23/hour
Please note: Set up / clearing up times must be included within your booking. (i.e. if you are running a 60 min workshop you may need to book 90 min to allow for your set up /clear up before and after your event.) Your booking times are from the time you can enter the room until the time you must vacate.

How to Hire

Check Availability
Please use the calendar below to see availability for the studio. Dates in BOLD are available.
Full day hires tend to only be available at weekends.
Select a date then choose to either add another date or continue.
Step 3
Send Your Request
Once you’ve selected your date/dates, send your request by filling in the form completely with as much detail as possible.
We will then contact you to assess your needs. We endeavour to respond within 2 working days.
Please note: by submitting your booking request your are NOT making a booking. Bookings can only be confirmed once we have approved them.
Step 4
Run Your Event
In order to confirm bookings you will need to:
- Agree to the Studio Hire Terms and Conditions
- Make Payment (once both parties have agreed booking)

Studio Hire – Full Day, Term and Conditions
Once you have filled out the booking form on the website and your booking has been confirmed with the studio hire manager, the following booking terms apply to secure your booking:
- An email link to pay a 20% deposit of the total amount for the full day hire, will be sent to your registered email address. Payment must be made within a week of receiving the link in order to secure your booking. If you do not pay within a week your booking will not be secured and will be made available again in our booking system. Your booking is only secured once the deposit payment has been received. You will then receive a confirmation once deposit has been received and booking is secured.
- 90 days before the start date of your event, the remaining balance payment will be invoiced to you via email. The balance must be paid within 1 week of invoice date. Failure to pay the balance, will mean that your booking is unsecured and can be made available again in our booking system.
Cancellation Terms apply as follows:
- If you wish to cancel more than 90 days from start date of your event, your deposit will be returned in full or can be re-applied to a future booking. Cancellation must be requested in writing by email to studiohire@lightcentre.com.
- If you cancel 60-90 days from start date of your event, your deposit will not be refunded and cannot be used for an alternative booking. Your balance payment can be used towards a rescheduled booking within 12 months from your original date.
- If you cancel 60 days or less from the event your deposit and balance will not be refunded and cannot be used towards a reschedule.

We have a beautiful studio for hire at our Light Centre Monument centre, located a 5 minute walk from Monument tube station.
The studio is light and airy and ideal for workshops, courses as well as live streaming classes or filming video content without your old sofa as the back drop.
Studio specifications:
Approx 40 sq.m (6.75m x 6.m). Can normally accommodate 15-18 yoga mats (including teacher) or 36 seated.

Availability
Our studio is available to hire by the hour on:
- Weekends
- Evenings on Tuesdays, Wednesday and Fridays
- Daytimes Monday to Friday in between classes until 4.30pm.

Suitability
We will check that your event fits with Light Centre ethos and that the level of noise will not disturb our adjacent therapy rooms. If we cannot proceed with your booking we will of course issue you a full refund.
Please note:
