Studio Hire – Full Day, Term and Conditions

Once you have filled out the booking form on the website and your booking has been confirmed with the studio hire manager, the following booking terms apply to secure your booking:

• An email link to pay a 20% deposit of the total amount for the full day hire, will be sent to your registered email address. Payment must be made within a week of receiving the link in order to secure your booking. If you do not pay within a week your booking will not be secured and will be made available again in our booking system. Your booking is only secured once the deposit payment has been received. You will then receive a confirmation once deposit has been received and booking is secured.
• 90 days before the start date of your event, the remaining balance payment will be invoiced to you via email. The balance must be paid within 1 week of invoice date. Failure to pay the balance, will mean that your booking is unsecured and can be made available again in our booking system.

Cancellation Terms apply as follows:

• If you wish to cancel more than 90 days from start date of your event, your deposit will be returned in full or can be re-applied to a future booking. Cancellation must be requested in writing by email to studiohire@lightcentre.com.
• If you cancel 60-90 days from start date of your event, your deposit will not be refunded and cannot be used for an alternative booking. Your balance payment can be used towards a rescheduled booking within 12 months from your original date.
• If you cancel 60 days or less from the event your deposit and balance will not be refunded and cannot be used towards a reschedule.
