The studio is available for hire Monday to Friday from 06:30 to 21:00 and Saturday & Sunday from 06:30 to 15:00.
Light Centre Monument also offers: Weekday reception staff 7am-9pm, Seating areas, Showers, Towel hire, Cafe, On-site Therapies and Classes, and is fully Wheelchair accessible.

How To Get Started
If you’re interested in using the PT Studio please fill in the form below. We will then contact you to check insurance and qualifications details.
Once approved will then be given access to our Online Booking System where you can book up to a month in advance and up until 1 hour before a session.
