Full Marketing Support Package:
- We will design your poster for you, with you supplying all text and images. This will then be sent to you for approval.
- A ‘Featured Listing’ in a newsletter includes the details of your event (name, dates, times, etc), an image and one or two short paragraphs briefly describing the event.
- Facebook events will be created on the Light Centre FB page and, if you have FB Page, we will make you a Co-host.
- You should also ensure you have uploaded your event to our Events Calendar as we usually link to that page.
Free Marketing Support is available for all Studio Hirers and Therapists.
- Any Studio Hire event at Light Centre is eligible for a free single-line text listing in our twice-monthly ‘Workshops and Courses’ newsletter. To be included you simply need to uploaded your event to our Events Calendar.
- All new therapists get a free listing in our Monthly ‘Healthy Living Magazine’ newsletter.
Our Marketing Support is provided by our partners Yellow Elephant Designs.
Cancellations and Refunds
Once purchased Marketing Support items are non-refundable unless circumstances arise from Light Centre issues or Light Centre has to cancel your booking. Refunds will then be issued minus the Payment Card handling fees. Refunds on Marketing Support items are not available if you cancel your event. If you postpone your event we may be able to carry over your Marketing Support as a credit.
