With a strong background in the fitness industry, i have been working as a fitness coach and personal trainer since 2021, helping individuals improve their strength, mobility and overall well-being. In December 2023, i expanded my expertise into Sports Therapy, specialising in Sports Massage and Hot Stones Therapy.
I work with athletes in preventing injuries and support recovery, as well as individuals with sedentary jobs who struggle with muscle tension, stiffness and postural imbalances.
I also specialize in Hot Stones massage, a deeply relaxing treatment that helps people struggling with anxiety and stress.
My passion lies in helping people feel better, healthier and happier after every session!
