Dr Seema Datta, An Ayurvedic Physician for Women in Transition | Ayurvedic Doula
Dr Seema Datta is an Ayurvedic physician and founder of Keyajee Ayurvedic Clinic, with over 25 years’ experience supporting women through the many transitions of life, from fertility and pregnancy to postnatal recovery, menstrual health, perimenopause and menopause.
Her work is rooted in classical Ayurveda and shaped by years of clinical practice. She looks at the whole woman, including digestion, sleep, hormonal rhythm, emotional wellbeing, stress patterns, diet, lifestyle and the natural stage of life she is moving through.
Seema’s signature approach, Artful Nurturing, brings together Ayurvedic wisdom, therapeutic touch, food, lifestyle, herbs, breath and emotional support to help women feel steady, nourished and more connected to their own body.
As an Ayurvedic doula and Gentle Birth Method practitioner, Seema also supports women during pregnancy, birth preparation and postnatal recovery with calm, personalised care that honours both the physical and emotional journey into motherhood.
At The Light Centre, Seema offers Ayurvedic consultations and selected treatments, including digestive support, therapeutic oil treatments, pregnancy and postnatal care, shirodhara, nasya and personalised lifestyle guidance.
Her philosophy is simple: when a woman understands her body, her digestion, her mind and her stage of life, she can make wiser choices and feel more grounded, nourished and herself again.
All therapists manage their own bookings and schedules. Our reception teams cannot make bookings on their behalf. To book with a therapist please contact them directly.
All therapists at the Light Centre are self-employed and not employed by the Light Centre. All therapists have suitable qualifications and hold their own insurance. Customers are contracting directly with their therapist and any issues or claims need to be taken up directly with the therapist concerned.
