Traditional techniques such as pulse and tongue diagnosis as well as modern methods of pulse and BP help me to pin point the imbalances that are causing the outer symptoms.This session will help to you understand how you can reduce toxins, manage stress, promote mental calmness and boost energy and immunity. Using natural interventions such as diet/nutrition, daily lifestyle rituals, herbs, treatments, breathing techniques, meditation and more to suit your constitution, I will gently guide you back to optimal wellness.
