With more than 12 years of clinical practice Giedre aims to restore any imbalances effecting physical and mental health by applying treatments that suits best for her client.

Giedre graduated from Middlesex University with First class degree in Chinese Acupuncture, and completed the course of Manual Lymphatic Drainage & Combined Decongestive Therapy in Original Dr. Vodder School, in Walchsee/Austria. She deepened her knowledge with many experts and very well-known teachers of Chinese medicine such as Brad Whisnant, Dr Tung and Dr Tan, completed the course with fertility experts Emma Cannon & Giovani Maciocia, and applies Yamamoto Scalp acupuncture treatment method for neurological and neurodegenerative conditions.

Understanding that correct balance of nutrients, diet, eating habits and lifestyle form one of the most – if not the most – impactful way to restore and maintain optimum health and vitality at any age, and with any acute or chronic health condition, Giedre delved deeper into studying nutrition and functional medicine, and graduated with Functional Nutrition Diploma from Institute for Optimum Nutrition (ION), and Institute for Functional Medicine (IFM). Giedre is fully qualified nutrigenomics nutritionist, experience in the use and interpretation of Lifecode Gx nutrigenomics testings.  

Combining the wisdom of traditional Chinese medicine with nutrition and functional medicine has expanded the treatments she offer. Her aim is to treat the imbalances of the body and mind and restore equilibrium in a sustainable and effective way. Focusing on the root causes of illness, not merely on the symptoms, unlocks the body’s innate intelligence to heal and to reach optimum health and vitality.

Giedre specialises in menopause and fertility, cancer support, gastrointestinal conditions (SIBO, IBS), metabolic imbalances, pain, autoimmune and stress related conditions.
