Expert Soft Tissue Therapy for Pain & Performance: Sports Massage | Myofascial Release | Trigger Point Therapy

Paulius was raised in a medical family, which gives him a unique perspective on manual therapy, influenced by his own recovery journey and his deep connection to nature. After overcoming hemiparesis resulting from a childhood accident, he developed a passion for movement and the natural world. He graduated from the London School of Sports Massage in 2014 and is a member of the UK’s Institute of Soft Tissue Therapists. Paulius combines his expertise in sports massage, trigger point therapy, and myofascial release with his theology degree and a qualification in personal training. His approach integrates anatomical precision with holistic insights, allowing him to create personalised treatments that provide lasting relief and promote overall well-being.

All therapists manage their own bookings and schedules. Our reception teams cannot make bookings on their behalf. To book with a therapist please contact them directly.

All therapists at the Light Centre are self-employed and not employed by the Light Centre. All therapists have suitable qualifications and hold their own insurance. Customers are contracting directly with their therapist and any issues or claims need to be taken up directly with the therapist concerned.
