Breathe on Purpose: A Transformational Breath® Workshop (London)
By about forty minutes into this workshop, most people stop trying to breathe “correctly.” That’s usually when something actually shifts. This 2-hour Transformational Breathwork® workshop in London is built around that turning point: a small-group session where conscious breathing, sound, gentle movement, and acupressure are used to work with patterns most people don’t know they’re holding. Led by Muge Zorbozan, who has taught this exact method for over 12 years, the session is hands-on, closely guided, and designed so you notice a difference by the time you leave, not weeks later. Only 8 spaces per session.
How the two hours actually unfold
- A short, honest explanation of what this technique is and isn’t. No vague spiritual language, just what’s actually happening physiologically.
- A live demonstration so you can see and hear the difference between shallow and full breathing before you try it.
- A few minutes to get clear on why you’re actually here today (not generic “set an intention,” something real to you).
- The main breathwork journey: sustained conscious breathing with sound, gentle movement, and hands-on support if you want it.
- Time afterwards to just lie still and let your body catch up.
- A closing round. Say as much or as little as you want, plus one or two simple techniques to take home.
What you’ll actually walk away with:
- A body that feels noticeably different than when you walked in. Most people can point to exactly where.
- One or two breath techniques you can use on a bad day, a train platform, or before a big conversation.
- Proof, not theory, that changing how you breathe changes how you feel, because you’ll have felt it happen.
About Transformational Breath®
A globally recognised breathwork modality developed in the 1970s by Dr. Judith Kravitz, now practiced in 50+ countries. It works across three levels: physical, emotional/mental, and personal/spiritual, using conscious breathing, sound, gentle movement, and acupressure.
Who it’s for
Adults (18+). Whether you’re wound tight from work, going through something you can’t quite name, or just someone who’s tried yoga and meditation and wants to try the thing underneath all of it: the breath itself. You don’t need to have done breathwork before, and you don’t need to arrive “ready.” Turning up is the only requirement.
What’s provided: Mats, pillows, blankets.
What to bring: Water, comfortable clothing, an open mind.
