FREE Restorative Yoga Teacher Training Information Session online

This is a free online session for anyone interested in attending the Restorative Yoga Teacher Training at the Light Centre Monument in November of this year.  It’s a chance to meet Joyce McMiken and Ali Masterman, find out more about the course and ask any questions that you may have.  Once you sign up you will receive a zoom code to join the session
