
SELF LOVE YIN YOGA
Join us on 25th MAY at 14:30 for a TRANSFORMATIVE 90-minute yoga experience designed to help you pause and give yourself the care you deserve.
The meeting starts with simple breathwork and mudras to open the body and invite self-kindness.
We will chant sacred mantras to connect with the heart and soften from within.
In our Yin yoga practice, we will let go of tension and create space for self-love to grow.
The class ends with a guided Yoga Nidra, allowing you to rest deeply and restore from within.
