
Stress and Tension Release with Reiki Yoga
In this 90-minute class, I will create a cosy and welcoming space where you can let go of any stress and tension you are holding in your body. To ensure a personal and supportive experience for everyone, spots are limited to just 8 participants. Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a water bottle if you wish.
We will start with a 10-minute Grounding Meditation to help you transition from the hecticity of the outside world to a calm and centred inner space. This also sets the tone for the shared energy we create together.
I will guide you through 2 to 3 Restorative Yoga poses, each lasting around 25 minutes, designed to gently support your body and bring a sense of ease. During the poses, each person that wishes will receive a personalised Reiki Treatment, tailored to their unique needs.
We will finish with a 10-minute Savasana, where I will channel Reiki to the entire group, followed by a short debrief and feedback session to close.
The classes are often deeply transformative, with a truly special group energy. Emotions may surface during these sessions, creating a powerful bond between everyone. It fosters a genuine sense of community, where barriers melt away and connection thrives. Your emotions, your words, and your true self are not only allowed, but also welcome. This is a safe, judgment-free space where you can fully be who you are.
