Camille will guide you through a gentle flow combining breathing exercises and body postures (with plenty of options for modifications) to focus on the present moment and prepare the body and mind for meditation. Lenka will then play a set of bowls and gongs putting you in a deep meditative state. Sound healing is a practice that uses harmonic vibrations to harmonise brainwaves: combining sound therapy with hypnotherapy and other healing modalities, we bring the body, mind and spirit into balance. Hypnotherapy is a completely safe method allowing a deeper connection within ourselves elevating the effects of sound therapy.
