Join Sarah Olivia, trauma-informed somatic coach and breathworker, for an hour long lying down Breath Journey.
A healing Breath Journey activates the profound somatic wisdom which is innate in all of us. You don’t need to know the story or ‘figure it out’, you just need to breathe, follow the wisdom of your body and breath, allow yourself to feel what needs to be felt and know what needs to be known.
Every Breath Journey is different. You can come with an intention for the journey or just trust and allow the body to work its magic.
Sarah actively guides you through the session, offering emotional, energetic and hands-on support as needed. Music is played as you breathe, to support a deep-access state throughout.
Some breathwork techniques can be overly activating for practitioners, especially those with unintegrated trauma and incompleted stress cycles stored in the body. Sarah guides a technique using connected breathing in and out of the nose to maintain a greater degree of safety in your nervous system.
The journey can be as activating as you want it to be and you are always sovereign in the depth, pace and power of your breath. You are allowed and encouraged to engage with the practice at the intensity that suits you and to take rest as and when you need to.
Sarah is highly trained to hold safe and trauma-informed space and will offer grounding tools before the journey to help you create a healing experience that remains within your window of tolerance.

About Sarah
Sarah is a trauma-informed somatic Love, Sex & Relationship Coach, Breathwork Faciliator and Embodiment Guide. Sarah has been teaching, facilitating and coaching for 7+ years and has held space for hundreds of people. Her space holding is a deeply devotional practice of honouring the humanity and the experience of every person she encounters.

Contraindications for the Breath Journey
- Pregnancy first trimester (if you are past the first trimester you can engage gently in the breath journey but it is recommended only if you have some experience and can regulate your experience well)
- Detached Retina or Glaucoma
- High Blood Pressure (not controlled with medication)
- Cardiovascular disease including angina, previous heart attack or stroke
- Diagnosis of aneurysm in the brain or abdomen
- Respiratory Issues / Asthma
- Epilepsy / Seizures
- Prior diagnosis of bipolar disorder, personality disorder, schizophrenia or previous psychiatric condition
- Hospitalisation for any psychiatric condition or emotional crisis within the last 10 years
- Any recent operations or injury
