Gong bath for deep relaxation
Gwen is returning to Light Centre Monument for more rhythm therapy.
This small-group gong bath is for anyone who would benefit from:
-
dedicating an hour in their week to clearing and calming their mind
-
massaging out mental knots
-
improving their sleep.
People new to sound work are welcome. Gwen is available before, during or after the session to answer your questions.
You don’t need to bring anything except yourself. Please wear comfortable clothing and aim to arrive 5-10 minutes before the start time.
If you have any questions, please reach out to Ground.
See you there!

Please read this important safety information.
Vibrations from the gong can be strong. This group session is not recommended for those who:
-
are in the first trimester of pregnancy
-
have had surgery, or broken a bone, and are still in the initial recovery period recommended by their doctor
-
have ever had a seizure triggered by sound
-
have a metal plate in their body that was inserted less than 12 months ago
-
have recently experienced hallucinations or flashbacks caused by mental ill-health
-
would find it uncomfortable to lie on a yoga mat for an hour.
If you’re in the second/third trimester of pregnancy, you have tinnitus, or you’re sound sensitive, you may wish to sit further from the gong.
If you wear a hearing aid, it’s recommended that you remove it during the session. It can produce an unpleasant ringing sound.
If you’re unsure, please always speak to a medical professional. Anything you share with your practitioner is kept confidential.
