Healing Empowerment Freedom Circle
Grief is often described as intense sorrow, sadness, and deep distress, most commonly associated with the death of a loved one. Yet grief can also arise through many other endings and losses — the ending of a friendship or intimate relationship, the loss of a job, good health, a dream or goal, a home, moving countries, youth, and so much more.
In the busyness of life, the grieving process is often rushed. In some cases — such as the loss of youth, good health, or the ending of a friendship — grief can go completely unacknowledged. When grief remains unresolved, it can be pushed down, suppressed, and held within both the physical and energetic body. Over time, this may affect us in many ways, including numbness, procrastination, low self-esteem, diminished confidence, feelings of unworthiness, strained relationships, sleep disturbances, and more.
Homeopath Ellen Amnorina and I will gently explore this theme, looking at how we can support ourselves through grief with kindness, compassion, and care.
