A dynamic reset for body and mind. This 75-minute Pilates & Deep Stretch class blends the fiery precision of Pilates with the gentle surrender of restorative stretching, offering both strength and softness in one empowering experience.
The session begins with focused, energising Pilates to fire up your core and build postural strength through slow, intentional movement. As the internal heat builds, the class transitions into a deeply calming stretch sequence. This second half is designed to release muscular tension, improve flexibility, and soothe the nervous system.
You can expect clear guidance, mindful pacing, and a warm space that supports both effort and relaxation. You’ll leave feeling strong, open, and reconnected with your breath, posture, and energy.
