REST & REPLENISH: APRIL
Greet the Spring with a deep reset in this 2-hour respite from daily life. This practice will be structured like a yoga class, with guided mindfulness and gentle movement before a luxurious Yin Yoga practice, ending with a yoga nidra and time for reflection or journaling.
This class is suitable for beginners as well as advanced practitioners of yoga or other movement modalities. All are welcome! The studio is fully accessible; please contact me for further information.
