Reception Team Members – Flexible Shifts
We’re always on the lookout for reception team members who can offer flexibility and enjoy being part of a supportive team.
While we may not always have permanent shifts available, we’re keen to train suitable candidates for cover shifts, which can often lead to permanent opportunities as they arise.
You’ll need to be warm, friendly, and have a positive, ‘can-do’ attitude. The role includes light housekeeping duties; keeping communal areas and therapy rooms clean and tidy throughout the day.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, visitors, and team members, ensuring all interactions are professional, welcoming and efficient.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the reception area.
- Resolve client and customer enquiries promptly, professionally and with empathy.
- Communicate messages and updates effectively between clients and staff.
- Maintain a calm and positive atmosphere within the reception area, even during busy periods.
Skills & Attributes
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident, friendly, and approachable manner, both in person and over the phone.
- Computer literate with the ability to learn new systems.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to use initiative and remain calm under pressure.

- Attention to detail and a proactive attitude towards improving processes and service standards.
Typical Shift Times
- Monday–Friday: 7:30am–2:30pm or 2:00pm–9:00pm
- Saturday: 9:30am–6:00pm
- Sunday: 9:30am–6:00pm
